Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 Acceptance

1.1. By completing our online order form you agree to these Terms and Conditions which form the only agreement between us.

2 Variations

2.1. Variation of these terms can only be made by us in writing.

3 Price and Payment

3.1. The prices that apply to any order are those offered on our web site at the time of ordering.

3.2. We only accept payments from customers within the mainland UK in pounds sterling. Our payments are processed by Barclays.

3.3. We only sell and ship to customers that are located within the United Kingdom.

3.4. We do not charge for postage and packaging.

3.5. Full payment is due at the time of order unless other terms are agreed in writing.

4 Deliveries

4.1. We aim to despatch items within 3 working days.

4.2. The services provided by our carrier are outside our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, UK delivery is normally no more than 1-3 working days after despatch.

4.3. In the event of a delayed delivery, we regret we are unable to offer compensation. Should you not receive your goods within 10 days, a refund or replacement will be offered.

4.4. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods and request a full refund or replacement. Also return postage is a customer’s expense

4.5. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods via telephone or email if you wish to make a return. You must then return the goods unused and in their original condition within the next 5 working days.

4.6. It is your responsibility to insure the goods with the carrier you use to return them as we are unable to process a refund until we receive the returned goods, and we cannot accept any liability for goods we do not receive.

4.7. We will either replace or process a refund upon receipt of the goods within 7 working days, according to your requirements. We regret we cannot control how long it takes your card issuer to credit your account.

5 Cancellations

5.1. Merchandise

5.1.1. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 2 working days.

5.1.2. If you cancel your order before the item has been despatched a refund will be given.

5.1.3. If the item has already been despatched this will need to be returned before a refund can be given (please see section 4)

5.2. Event Tickets

5.2.1. Please notify us by phone or email that you wish to cancel an event booking.

5.2.2 Refund of registration fee will be given, less 15% administration charge, up to one week prior to the meeting. After this time, the refund would be given but less a 50% administration charge. Refunds for cancellation on the day of the meeting cannot be given.

6 Online Security and Safety

6.1. We will do our utmost to ensure that we deal with you in a safe way.

6.2. We use a secure server for credit card transactions to protect your card information. However we cannot accept any liability for any loss incurred by customers using email or the Internet.

6.3. We use antivirus software to scan all emails before transmission but we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from such an event occurring.
